Main Stage License & Rental
The Apollo Theater’s Main Stage license/rental package includes:

- Up to 8-show performance week
- Apollo in-house box office staff plus Ticketmaster phone, city-wide outlets,
and online service - Apollo house management, ushers and bartenders
- Ample merchandising display
- Secure production office space with phone lines and internet access
- Up to five dressing rooms (including one shared) plus lounge area
- Extensive Lighting and Sound packages (see below)
- On-site laundry facilities
- Routine cleaning, maintenance, and disposal
- Access to Hot Tix discount outlets
- Access to League of Chicago Theater pooled advertising discount
Maximum seating capacity of the Apollo Theater is 450 seats.

Apollo Studio Rental
The Apollo Theater Studio is an intimate 50-seat space just downstairs from the main stage. It offers opportunities for smaller scale in-house and rental productions, as well as space for classes and rehearsals. It’s a casual, flexible space that can offer black box intimacy while providing the Apollo’s professional, full-service, theater support in one of Chicago’s most popular neighborhoods.
A piano is available for cabaret artists and small-cast musicals.
Competitive Daily, Weekly, Daytime, off-night and late night rental packages are available and include the following:
- Lighting Package with controller, dimmers, and ample lighting instruments
- Sound Package including powered mixer, two AS108 Speakers, disk player
- Full-service, 7 day a week box office support using Ticketmaster sales system
